Corporate Sports Packages
Corporate sports packages are weekly or seasonal programmes that help employees build a regular exercise habit: in-office yoga, Pilates and stretching, fitness, swimming and spinning packages, plus yoga camps, cycling and ski trips. Rather than a one-day event, they set up a rhythm that repeats every week.

About Corporate Sports Packages
This is a local benefit, not a travel programme
To be direct: these are recurring programmes for employees who live and work in Turkey — weekly gym access, swimming, spinning, yoga, or an instructor coming to your office. They are relevant if your company employs people in Turkey: a shared services centre, a development office, a factory, a regional headquarters.
If your team is visiting for a few days, the experiences and workshop categories are the right place to look instead.
What is included
- Venue agreement and access management. Gym, pool or studio contracts, employee lists, and updates as people join or leave.
- Instructor support in the first weeks. The single factor that decides whether a gym benefit survives past the first month.
- Multi-site coverage. Chain agreements so staff can use facilities near where they live, not only near the office.
- Usage reporting. Aggregate figures only — headcount and average visits. No individual usage or health data is shared with the employer, and staff are told this in writing at the start.
The practical problem worth knowing
Corporate gym benefits in Turkey fail for the same reason they fail elsewhere: an employee joins, walks into a gym alone, does not know what to do, and stops coming in the third week. Annual contracts then quietly pay for unused memberships. Two things change this — instructor support for the first four weeks, and group classes that start at a fixed time rather than open-ended gym access.
For offices where uptake is uncertain, an on-site trial (an instructor coming to your premises for four to eight weeks) measures real interest before a longer commitment is signed.
Remote and hybrid staff
Chain agreements cover employees in other cities. Where no chain facility exists, an online training platform or a home programme can be included so the benefit is not limited to head-office staff.
Frequently asked questions
Is this relevant if our team is only visiting Turkey?
No. These are recurring benefits for employees based in Turkey. For a visiting team, look at the experiences or workshops categories instead.
We have a Turkish office. How do we avoid paying for unused memberships?
Two things. First, include instructor support for the first four weeks — it is the main reason people keep going. Second, review the first three months of aggregate usage before renewing; if uptake is low, a usage-based or tiered model is more efficient than a flat annual contract.
What data do we receive as the employer?
Aggregate usage only — headcount and average visits. No individual usage, attendance or health data is shared. Employees are told this in writing at the start, which is what makes them willing to use the benefit at all.
Can the instructor come to our office instead?
Yes, and for offices without nearby facilities this is usually the better option. Spinning, functional training, HIIT and yoga can all be set up on site; the only requirements are floor space, a flat surface and ventilation.
Do you cover employees outside the main city?
Chain facility agreements cover other cities. Where no chain facility exists, an online platform or home programme can be added so remote staff are included rather than excluded by geography.
