Corporate pickleball training is a structured, coached programme. In the experience format the aim is to get people playing; in training it is to get them playing well — and in pickleball that difference becomes visible quickly as the game develops.
In pickleball you can play within the first hour, but you cannot play well. Beginners try to hit hard; yet the heart of the game is the soft dink played at the net. A corporate group that never receives coaching stays at the same level for months and the game becomes monotonous.
In training, 4–6 participants per court is the upper limit, allowing the coach to give everyone feedback. The 8–12 density of the experience format does not suit training.
Headcount, date, city and format preference (single session or multi-week).
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.

The dink is a soft, low shot over the net from the kitchen line — the move that defines pickleball and wins matches. The third-shot drop is dropping the ball into the kitchen after the return and moving to the net, the most strategic moment in the game.

Half a day (3–4 hours) for basic strokes, the serve and an introduction to the dink; a full day for the complete syllabus with practice matches; and a multi-week programme, in which the dink and third-shot drop genuinely settle.
No, the syllabus starts from zero. Paddles and balls are supplied; non-slip sports shoes are needed. Knee, ankle and shoulder conditions should be reported in advance.
