Weekly Corporate Gym Package
Regular weekly gym access for employees: a facility agreement, access management, a baseline assessment and a coach-supported programme.
Regular weekly gym access for employees: a facility agreement, access management, a baseline assessment and a coach-supported programme.
The weekly gym package is a continuing benefit giving your employees regular access to a facility. What separates it from one-off events is this: an event is remembered for a day, a benefit settles into the payroll and into a habit every month.
This is a programme for the people who work at your Turkey site, not something a visiting team buys. It is written for a regional benefits or wellbeing lead deciding what the Turkish operation should offer and how it compares with the arrangements at your other locations — and for that reader the three sections below tend to be the decisive ones.
The company receives aggregate usage only: how many people used the benefit and the average number of visits. No individual usage data is shared, and personal health measurements and programme details stay between the employee and the coach. This framework is announced to employees in writing at the start of the programme. Where your group has a data protection standard the local benefit has to meet, this is the paragraph to check it against — and it is a deliberate design decision rather than an omission.
Unlike a group class, gym training is an individual activity, and that produces the highest drop-out rate of any corporate package. An employee who walks in alone and does not know what to do stops coming in the third week. The programme is therefore not built as a membership alone: coach support in the first four weeks is an inseparable part of the package. That support is the single variable that determines whether participation survives.
The most common mistake in corporate gym packages is paying for memberships that are not used. Usage-based or tiered models — a defined number of entries — are more efficient at companies with low uptake. Which model fits can be decided by looking at the participation data from the first three months rather than committing to a full year up front.
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
No individual data is shared. Only aggregate usage — how many people, average number of visits — is reported to the company. Personal health measurements and programme details remain between the employee and the coach, and this framework is announced to employees in writing at the start of the programme.
The programme is designed with exactly this group in mind. The coach support in the first four weeks teaches basic movement patterns and safe progression. Most employees who start without that support stop within the first month.
Chain facility agreements let employees use branches in whichever city they are in. If a single facility is used, the location is chosen by where employees live; proximity to the office is not always the right criterion.
They are under the chain model. In cities without chain access, an online training platform or a home training programme can be added to the package, so the benefit is not limited to office-based staff. For a group with an equity standard across locations, this is the point to specify at contract.
Usually annual, because forming a habit takes at least three to six months. If the usage rate stays low, moving to a tiered or usage-based model in the second period is recommended; that assessment is made with the data from the first three months.
