What does an Istanbul incentive programme look like?
Most Istanbul incentive trips run for 2–5 days. A typical three-day programme:
- Day 1 – Arrival and welcome dinner. Meet-and-greet at IST or SAW, hotel check-in and a welcome dinner by the water.
- Day 2 – Old City and team challenge. A guided morning in Sultanahmet, then a team treasure hunt through the Grand Bazaar and the historic peninsula (see Old City team challenges).
- Day 3 – Bosphorus sailing and awards night. An instructor-led sailing day with dinner on the Bosphorus, followed by the awards night.

Best time for incentive travel in Istanbul
Istanbul hosts groups all year; we adjust how much of the programme is on the water and outdoors by season.
