Corporate Team Building
Building a corporate sports team means creating a standing team that represents your company in external tournaments and leagues. Trials, squad planning, a weekly training routine, coaching and kit are set up by one team. We build football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, sailing, rowing, pickleball, frisbee and esports teams.

About Corporate Team Building
Why teams choose Turkey for an offsite
Most of our English-speaking clients are teams flying in: a European head office bringing its regional managers together, a distributed engineering team meeting in person once a year, or a company rewarding a sales region with an incentive trip. Turkey works for this for reasons that have nothing to do with marketing copy — flight times of three to four hours from most of Europe and the Gulf, a wide cost gap against Western European destinations, and a compact geography where coastline, mountains and a world city sit within a short domestic flight of each other.
What a visiting-team programme looks like
A team arriving from abroad does not want a two-hour after-work activity. The structure that works is built around an agenda:
- Day one. Arrival, transfer, and a low-intensity activity that gets people talking without demanding energy from a travel day.
- Day two. The main programme — a full-day team activity, usually outdoors, with the working sessions placed in the morning.
- Day three. A shorter closing activity and departure.
We plan the activity side and coordinate with your venue; your own agenda, sessions and meeting content stay with you.
Practical points people ask about
All programmes for international groups run in English; briefings, safety instructions and facilitation are delivered by English-speaking guides. Dietary requirements, mixed fitness levels and participants who prefer not to take part in physical activity are planned for in advance rather than handled on the day. Seasons matter more than visitors expect: coastal water activities run roughly April to October, while Istanbul and Cappadocia work year-round with the programme adjusted for weather.
Group size
Programmes run from small leadership groups of eight to company events of several hundred. Larger groups are split across parallel stations rather than queued through a single activity — a detail that decides whether a 200-person day feels active or feels like waiting.
Frequently asked questions
Do you run programmes in English?
Yes. For international groups the entire programme runs in English — briefings, safety instructions and facilitation are delivered by English-speaking guides. This is confirmed at booking rather than assumed.
We are flying in for three days. Can you handle the whole programme?
We plan and run the activity side and coordinate with your hotel or venue on timings, transfers and meeting spaces. Your own agenda and working sessions stay with you. Many teams combine a working morning with an afternoon activity across two or three days.
What is the best time of year to visit?
Coastal water activities — sailing, rafting, diving, beach formats — run roughly April to October. Istanbul and Cappadocia work year-round with the programme adjusted for weather; winter there means indoor formats, snow activities and cultural programmes. Spring and autumn give the widest choice.
Our group has very mixed fitness levels. Is that a problem?
It is the normal case and the programme is designed around it. Activities are chosen so that difficulty scales per person, and every day includes at least one low-intensity option. Participants who prefer not to take part physically are given real roles rather than being left watching.
How far in advance should we book?
For groups of 20 or more travelling from abroad, six to eight weeks gives comfortable venue and guide availability. Peak periods — May, June and September on the coast — fill earlier. Smaller groups can often be arranged with two to three weeks of notice.
