We install our VR kayaking, VR archery, VR combat and in-house FIFA tournament stations at your event and run them all day with our own operator. From a trade fair stand to an office floor, a family day to a launch — a few square metres and one socket is all it takes. Rent daily or weekly.
We hold a limited number of sets for each experience — in peak season we recommend confirming your dates early.

Half day (4 hours)
A post-meeting energiser, a small office activation or a single-session launch. Enough for a flow of 60–100 people.
Full day (8 hours)
The standard format for family days, fair days, career days and year-end parties. One station handles a flow of 150–250 people.
Weekend (2 days)
Shopping mall activations, festivals and two-day corporate programmes. One setup covers both days, so the second day costs noticeably less.
Weekly (5–7 days)
Trade fair weeks, in-office engagement weeks and office league formats. The booth stays on site and runs with an operator each day — the most economical option per day.

All we need from you: a few square metres and a socket
Space
4–6 m² of flat floor per station. The VR combat game needs 9–12 m² in free-movement mode; where space is tight, stationary mode fits in 5–6 m².
Power
One earthed 220V socket per station. On generator-powered sites we ask for an uninterrupted line.
Setup time
Setup takes 45–90 minutes, teardown 30–40 minutes. Our team arrives at least 1.5 hours before the event and completes test runs.
Environment
Indoors is preferred. Outdoor setups need cover and level ground — direct sun and rain damage the equipment.

Our team arrives before the event, completes the installation and runs tests.
