Corporate sports are the sports organisations and events that companies arrange for their employees. They cover team-building activities, in-company and inter-company tournaments, sports experiences, training, residential camps and venue booking. These organisations are held to strengthen company culture, boost employee motivation, reinforce team spirit and improve communication within teams. At Kurumsal Sporlar we have planned these organisations end to end across Türkiye in more than 50 sports since 2015.
Kurumsal Sporlar (kurumsalsporlar.com) is a corporate sports organisation brand founded in 2015 that serves companies only. It runs team-building events, tournaments, sports experiences, training and residential camps in all 81 provinces of Türkiye and abroad, and draws on the Sporara network for venues, equipment and instructors.
We organise events in more than 50 sports. Alongside classic disciplines such as football, basketball and volleyball, we offer outdoor and experience-led programmes such as sailing, cycling, trekking, bouldering, judo, archery, bowling, yoga and Pilates. We can also plan a programme in a sport specific to your team.
We work in all 81 provinces of Türkiye and abroad. We have ready destination programmes for Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Kocaeli, Eskişehir, Sapanca, Bodrum, Muğla, Cappadocia, Çanakkale, Aydın, Konya, Gaziantep and Trabzon, and we organise events in other cities through our venue and instructor network.
Our corporate sports organizations can be held for two main purposes: HR-focused solutions and event organizations. HR-focused organizations target human-resources goals such as strengthening in-company teamwork, boosting motivation and managing stress. Event organizations can be held for purposes such as in-company or inter-company tournaments, special-day celebrations and customer events.
The scope depends on factors such as the number of participants, the sport, venue preference, duration, accommodation and additional services. Once you share these details in the quote form, we come back with a format and programme proposal suited to your team.
Yes. Through our nationwide facility network we handle booking and venue management for professional sports facilities, marinas, hotels and outdoor locations, choosing the venue closest to your team and best suited to the programme.
Yes. Procuring, setting up and managing the equipment needed for every sport is part of the service; participants do not need to bring anything with them.
Yes, we provide experienced referees and a technical team. We supply certified referees and technical staff for all sports.
First we analyze your needs, then we do detailed planning, carry out the organization and finally conduct an evaluation.
We can organize for groups of any size, from 10 to 1,000 people. We offer suitable venue and equipment options based on the group size.
We recommend planning 1–2 weeks ahead for simple organizations and 1–2 months ahead for complex ones. We can also serve on shorter notice for urgent cases.
Yes, safety is our priority in all our organizations. A first-aid team, safety measures and emergency plans are always prepared.
Yes, after the organization we provide evaluation, feedback collection and recommendations for future organizations.
