Corporate Golf Experience
Half a day on a real course: basic strokes and a few holes with a coach — an introduction to the course rather than a round.
Half a day on a real course: basic strokes and a few holes with a coach — an introduction to the course rather than a round.
The golf experience is the step between a driving range workshop and a golf tournament: participants go out onto a real course but do not play a full round. Basic strokes are worked on with a coach and a few holes are played.
Hitting balls on a driving range and playing on a course are different experiences. On a course, distance, slope, wind and rules knowledge come into play, and there is pace — the group behind you is waiting. Putting a participant who has never seen a course straight into a tournament both overwhelms them and slows the group. This programme fills that gap.
Turkey — the Belek region near Antalya in particular — is an established golf destination for European players, with courses built to international standards and a season that runs well beyond the northern European one. For a company with guests or colleagues who already play, that means a corporate golf day here is not an improvised arrangement. For those who do not play, this programme is how they are brought to a point where they can join the same day rather than sit it out.
Golf is known for offering a long and natural window of conversation in a business relationship. This programme is used by companies wanting to introduce their own staff to the game, and equally as preparation for hosting clients and partners: an employee who has learned the basic etiquette and can make a reasonable stroke is comfortable at a real invitation rather than conspicuous.
If interest continues after the experience programme, a corporate golf training programme of four to six weeks or a scramble-format tournament is planned.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
A driving range is only a hitting area; there is no play, course management or rules application. In the golf experience you go out onto a real course and play a few holes, where distance, slope, pace and etiquette all come into it.
No. Clubs and balls are provided as part of the programme. Course dress rules — a collared shirt and appropriate shoes — are communicated to participants in advance, and shoes can be hired if needed. Worth sending early to anyone travelling in.
Half a day, roughly three to four hours. The short game work, the driving range section and three to six holes all fit within that.
It is enough to take part in a scramble-format corporate tournament; the participant will have learned the basic strokes and course etiquette. To play independently keeping their own score, a four to six week training programme is recommended.
