Company Meeting Sports Breaks and Activities
The agenda is yours; a short movement block placed between sessions lifts the attention curve back up.
Attention drops in the third hour of a full-day meeting and disappears after lunch. The answer is not another coffee break but a 20-minute structured movement break: in the meeting room, in business dress, without breaking a sweat and without stealing a minute from the agenda.

Sport enters a meeting at three scales
Micro break (10–20 minutes). In the meeting room, at the table: instructor-led breathing, neck-shoulder-back mobility, a short standing balance sequence. No equipment, no change of clothes, no sweat. Once in the morning and once after lunch; the agenda shifts by 20 minutes and gains two hours of usable attention.
Active interval (45–90 minutes). At lunch or the end of the day, in the hotel garden or within walking distance: an archery station, a table tennis tournament, a yoga session, a short walking route. Participation is optional — those who want to come come, the rest have their coffee.
Offsite block (half day). A team activity placed in the middle of a two- or three-day strategy meeting, independent of the agenda: sailing, rowing, an obstacle course or orienteering. This is the block where dynamics that do not resolve in the meeting room resolve outside it.
For regional meetings held in Turkey — a leadership offsite in Istanbul, a EMEA training week in Antalya — the offsite block is usually the one afternoon the visiting group gets to see the place. We plan it around flight and transfer times and run it entirely in English.
What the meeting sports programme includes
Minute plan with the agenda
We take the meeting flow and place breaks at the attention dips (third hour, after lunch), confirmed with the meeting facilitator.
In-room movement break
The instructor comes to the room; a breathing, mobility and posture sequence completes in 10–20 minutes. No equipment, no change of clothes.
Lunch-break activity
A station in the hotel garden or foyer: archery, table tennis, darts, short yoga. No queuing, fits 45–60 minutes.
Offsite team block
A half-day experience during multi-day meetings: sailing, rowing, orienteering, obstacle course. Transport from the meeting venue included.
Optional participation
No block is compulsory; a quiet area or walking route is offered as an alternative. Compulsion lowers attendance.
Equipment and instructor
All equipment the break format needs and a certified instructor; coordination with the hotel for setup and space.
Health and inclusivity
A seated version for participants with limited mobility; a health declaration is requested only for the offsite block.
Repeatable design
For recurring meetings — monthly leadership, weekly team — a fixed instructor and a fixed break format.
