A retreat programme has three layers
The agenda layer is yours: strategy, budget, annual plan, team review. We do not touch it; we only take the minute plan. The experience layer is ours: a half-day team block on the afternoon of day two (sailing, rowing, orienteering, ATV, obstacle course), a 20-minute movement break each morning, the evening programme (dinner plus activity). The logistics layer is shared: hotel, meeting room, transfers, meals and evening venue — your supplier or our recommendation, with airport transfers and English-speaking staff throughout.
The city is chosen by where the team is coming from and the character of the programme. Istanbul is the natural base for a group flying in — two nights in the city with Sapanca, Şile or the Bosphorus as the team-block setting; Antalya's congress hotels offer large grounds, a long season and direct flights; İzmir and Çeşme offer sea and calm; Bursa Uludağ a winter retreat; Cappadocia a "once in a lifetime" experience for leadership and incentive groups. An honest warning: attendance at a residential programme is lower than at a one-day event — employees with family responsibilities cannot stay away two nights. So a retreat is the right format not for the whole company but for teams that need to decide together: leadership, sales, a project team, a newly merged unit, a regional management team.
What the retreat organisation includes
Programme design
Your agenda blocks are taken; experience and movement blocks are placed at attention dips and on the afternoon of day two. One minute plan results.
City and hotel selection
Two or three hotel proposals by the team's departure point, transfer time, meeting-room capacity and grounds; a site survey is done.
Half-day team block
Sailing, rowing, orienteering, ATV, obstacle course or canyon; chosen by team profile and city. The debrief is tied to the agenda.
Morning movement breaks
Twenty minutes each morning: breathing and mobility, an optional walking route. In the meeting room, no change of clothes.
Evening programme
Dinner plus activity: bowling, karting, a Latin dance evening or a quiet evening — whatever the team wants. The alcohol rule is written into the contract.
Transfers and logistics
Transfers from the office and the airport, equipment transport, setup coordination with the hotel; return timed to avoid evening traffic and to match departure flights.
Facilitator (optional)
An external facilitator for agenda sessions, who also runs the debrief after the team block.
Health, insurance, weather plan
Health declaration and insurance for the outdoor block; decision time and indoor alternative; the rest of the programme is unaffected by weather.

The largest lines in a retreat quote are accommodation and transfers, and both depend on date, city and headcount. That is why there are no prices on this page; the quote emerges in four steps.
Team and purpose
Headcount, the team's character (leadership, sales, project), the retreat's purpose (strategy, bonding, reward). The programme balance follows.
Date and city
Date range and backup; where the team departs from and which airport it arrives at. Two or three city and hotel proposals within 48 hours.
Programme draft
Your agenda blocks plus experience blocks plus evening programme in one minute plan; two alternatives for the team block.
Scope and contract
Accommodation, meals, transfers, activity and facilitator as separate lines; fixed and per-head lines, cancellation and weather terms in writing.
