What is incentive travel?
Incentive travel (also called incentive tourism; the “I” in MICE) is a reward programme in the form of a trip. Unlike a cash bonus, it creates a shared experience: the people who hit their targets travel together, often with senior management, and come back with stories that carry the programme into the next sales year.
A good incentive trip has three parts: a destination people genuinely want to visit, a programme an ordinary tourist cannot book, and logistics so smooth that guests never see the work behind them. Türkiye is strong on all three: Istanbul is a direct-flight hub, and a short domestic flight away you have Cappadocia, the Antalya coast and the Aegean bays of Bodrum and Çeşme.
What we add is the sport and outdoor layer: we are a corporate sports organiser first, and we plan and run the experiences at the heart of the trip with our own instructor and venue network. Instructor-led sailing between two continents, with a bay stop and dinner. Every yacht has an instructor on board, so no sailing experience is needed.
Cappadocia balloon & ATV
A sunrise hot-air balloon flight and a sunset ATV ride. Balloon flights depend on the wind, so a backup morning is built into the programme.
Antalya outdoor day
Köprülü Canyon rafting, a Kaleiçi treasure hunt or beach olympics for large groups.
