How to plan team building in Cappadocia
At the heart of any Cappadocia plan is the balloon, and balloons depend on the wind: the decision to fly is made at the launch site in the morning. The only way to manage that risk is to stay at least two nights, plan the flight for the first morning and keep the second as a backup. Balloons lift off just before sunrise, so the group leaves the hotel at around 04:30–05:00; we make that clear to everyone in advance.
The most common flow: balloon in the morning, an ATV or buggy tour in the afternoon (around Güvercinlik, Kızılçukur and Love Valley, 1–2 hours), dinner in the evening. Calmer teams can choose horse riding, vineyard cycling or yoga on a terrace overlooking the balloons.
