Weekly Corporate Swimming Package
Weekly pool access for employees: session planning, a beginners' group and a joint-friendly exercise option.
Weekly pool access for employees: session planning, a beginners' group and a joint-friendly exercise option.
The weekly swimming package gives employees regular pool access. What most distinguishes it from the other corporate sports packages is the physical load: swimming is the one widespread form of exercise that removes almost all load from the joints. That opens an important door for employees who stay away from running and weight training because of weight, knee or back problems.
For a regional wellbeing lead looking at what the Turkish site should offer, this is the package that reaches the employees the others do not. Desk-based staff with back or neck complaints, employees returning to activity after an injury, older employees and — with medical clearance — employees who are pregnant can all use it, where a gym or a running programme effectively excludes them. Where the group measures participation breadth rather than volume, this is usually the package that moves it.
The access barrier for swimming is different from a gym, and ignoring it wastes the programme:
A pool agreement and employee access management, fixed weekly session times, a coached group class for the beginners' level and, on request, a technique development group. Only aggregate participation is reported to the company; no individual data is shared.
Desk-based groups with back and neck complaints, employees during pregnancy (with medical clearance), older employees and people returning to movement after an injury — for all of these it suits better than the other packages.
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
Yes, and the programme anticipates it. A separate beginners' group is opened, working water confidence, breathing and basic progression with a coach. Level is asked anonymously at registration, so nobody has to declare it in front of the group.
Yes, and it is recommended. Participation by women employees increases markedly when a women-only session time or pool option is offered. Pool selection takes this requirement into account.
Time in the water is generally 45 to 60 minutes; with showering and preparation a total window of 75 to 90 minutes is needed. Lunch break sessions are therefore not realistic for most companies and after-work slots are preferred.
Pool use is not appropriate with open wounds, contagious skin conditions or uncontrolled epilepsy. Participants with chronic conditions are asked to seek medical opinion. Swimming is frequently recommended during pregnancy, but medical clearance is still required.
For after-work sessions, where employees live matters more than proximity to the office. For multi-location companies a chain facility agreement or working with more than one pool is considered.
