Inter-Company Sports Leagues
A league between teams from different companies, run under neutral organisation.
An inter-company league is structurally different from an internal tournament: because institutions play against each other, every rule must be written in advance, referees must be independent and protocol must be balanced. Being a neutral organiser is what keeps that balance.

Why does an inter-company league need a neutral organiser?
When institutions play against each other, subjects that never arise in internal events become disputes: who may play, how squads are registered, who referees, how objections work, and whose logo appears where.
The rule set must go out with the first invitation. A rule written after the first objection is perceived as partial and overshadows the rest of the season. A neutral organiser establishes both the rules and the protocol from the outset.
What the organisation includes
Invitations and confirmations
10-12 weeks before the season: invitations, entry confirmation and sharing the rule set.
A written rule set
Eligibility (permanent staff / consultants / limits on licensed athletes), squad registration, transfer window, postponement and discipline process.
Support for internal trials
The selection tournament each institution runs internally reaches far more employees than the external league — that is the real HR gain.
Fixtures and the draw
Season calendar, the draw, pitch allocation and postponement management.
Independent referees and observers
A referee team independent of the institutions; essential for the objection process to work.
Medical and insurance standards
Medical team on site, ambulance plan, health declarations and insurance cover.
Protocol and equal visibility
Equal logo and name visibility for every institution; representation at the opening and awards planned in advance.
Press, photography and social media
Image permissions obtained from each institution separately; some have policies restricting employee images.
Which sports can the league run in?
A "corporate cup" model scoring across three or four sports, rather than one, lets smaller institutions compete and markedly raises total participation.
