Company Events with a Sports Programme
The event is yours or your agency's; we design, build and run the sports component inside it.
Sport inside a large company event usually begins with the sentence "let's add an activity" — which is why it ends up either dull or unsafe. The sports component should serve the purpose of the event: a station that keeps the product in mind at a launch, a game that connects dealers at a partner meeting, a physical metaphor for the target at a kick-off.

The sports component follows the type of event
"Company event" is not one thing, and sport enters each type differently. At a launch or showcase sport is an experience station: a VR simulator, an archery corner, an F1 simulator — a guest tries it in ten minutes and the brand is remembered. At a dealer or partner meeting sport is a networking tool: people from different cities play in mixed teams and introductions happen on their own. At a sales kick-off sport is a metaphor: an obstacle course, a rowing crew that only moves in sync, a sailing race with defined roles. At an anniversary or festival sport spreads participation: many stations, families included, everyone touching something.
What the four have in common is that the sports component does not fracture the main programme. It sits between the presentations, meals and speeches at the right length and does not steal a day of its own.
For regional and international events held in Turkey — a EMEA sales meeting in Istanbul, a dealer conference in Antalya — we add a layer that makes sense of the location: traditional Turkish archery, a cirit display, sailing on the Bosphorus. It gives a visiting group something they could not have done at home.
What the integrated sports component includes
Fit with the event flow
The main programme (presentations, meals, speeches) is yours or your agency's; the sports block is placed inside it with a minute-by-minute plan and creates no clashes.
Format by purpose
Experience stations at a launch, a mixed tournament at a dealer meeting, a metaphor-led team activity at a kick-off, a multi-station sports area at a festival.
Brand integration
Company or product branding on scoreboards, bibs, station boards and awards; product-linked game design at launches.
Scalable stations
From a 30-person leadership group to a 1000-person festival; station count and moderator team sized to headcount.
Venue and site
Hotel garden, congress centre foyer, factory grounds, open field; the formats a site allows are fixed by an advance survey.
Equipment, setup and clearance
All equipment and infrastructure, coordinated with the main event's build schedule and placed so it never blocks the stage or dining area.
Safety and insurance
Medical staff, risk assessment, participant health declarations and insurance; safety briefings and operators at experience stations.
Reporting
Participation numbers, usage per station and a photo/video pack; a ready output for the agency or internal communications.
Sports formats by event type
Each format below can stand alone as an event or be built as a one-to-three-hour block inside a larger programme. Which fits is decided by the event's purpose and the profile of the people attending.
