How to choose the city
Istanbul is the natural base for incoming groups: two international airports, the widest hotel and meeting capacity, and a programme range that works all year. Sailing and rowing on the Bosphorus, a city challenge in the Old City, outdoor programmes in Belgrad Forest and indoor tournaments can all be built in one city. Details in the Istanbul guide.
Antalya is the city for large groups, with direct international flights and congress hotels with extensive grounds; between November and April it is the only major centre in Turkey where a serious outdoor programme can still run. Belek golf and winter training camps are here (Antalya guide).
Cappadocia is the once-in-a-lifetime option for leadership and incentive groups; balloon flights, valley hikes and ATV tours form the backbone, and a two-night design is recommended (corporate events in Cappadocia). Izmir and Çeşme offer a long water-sports season and a calmer pace (Izmir); Bodrum and Muğla suit incentive programmes built on sailing, blue cruises and paragliding (Bodrum, Muğla). Ankara fits programmes combined with government or diplomatic visits, while Bursa–Uludağ and Sapanca–Kartepe are the winter options.

Programme design
Team blocks that fit around meeting days: a half-day outdoor programme, a city challenge, a tournament or a full-day experience, with equivalent roles for participants who do not play sport.
Delivered in English
Briefings, task cards, run-of-show and field staff in English; bilingual delivery for mixed teams.
Meet-and-greet and transfers
Airport meet-and-greet, hotel–venue transfers and a day-by-day run sheet; we recommend hotels and venues or work alongside your contracted suppliers.
International quotes and payment
Itemised proposals in USD, EUR or TRY, payable by international bank transfer, stating clearly what is and is not included (flights, for example).
Safety, medical, insurance
A medical plan for every activity, heat and rain protocols, a decision time and backup date, and event insurance.

Choosing a corporate event company in Turkey
When comparing corporate team building companies in Turkey for an incoming group, ask these three questions before you compare prices. Our own answers sit underneath each one.
Do they operate in more than one city?
A company that works only in Istanbul forces you to switch suppliers when the group moves to Antalya or Cappadocia. We work with local teams across all 81 provinces.
What happens with rain, wind or cancellation?
A decision time, a backup activity and cancellation and refund terms should be written into the proposal. Weather-dependent activities such as ballooning should never be the only main element of a programme.
What does the quote include — and exclude?
Instructor and field-staff numbers, equipment, transfers, catering, insurance and photo/video should each be listed. Price differences between quotes usually come from scope, not price.
