Corporate Wellness and Wellbeing Programmes
Not a wellness day but a wellness programme: built into the weekly rhythm, measured, and turning into the team's habit.
Wellness done as a one-day event leaves a pleasant memory and is forgotten by Monday. Built as a programme — two fixed slots a week, the same instructors, rotating formats, 8–12 weeks — it produces something measurable from the third week: less back pain, better afternoon attention, attendance rising on its own. This page describes the programme for a Turkish office team, including the Turkish operation of a multinational running a global wellbeing policy; for one-off yoga and pilates sessions, see the relevant hub pages.

Corporate wellness and wellbeing: programme, day or session?
Corporate wellness is the set of programmes a company runs to support its employees’ physical and mental health; corporate wellbeing is the outcome those programmes aim for — how well employees actually are. In short, wellness is what you do and wellbeing is the state you want to reach. We explain the difference and the components in what corporate wellbeing and corporate wellness are; this page describes our movement- and sport-based wellness services.
Three different products are often confused. A wellness session is a one-off delivery of one format (a yoga class, a massage day) and works as an event component. A wellness day fits several stations into one day; it creates awareness, not habit. A wellness programme is the subject of this page: 8–12 weeks, one or two fixed slots a week, at the office or within walking distance, rotating formats and attendance measurement.
The backbone of the programme is rotation: pilates for strength and posture, yoga for flexibility and mental calm, spinning or a walking club for cardio, and a 15-minute breathing and mobility break on meeting days. A single-format programme becomes repetitive by the third week; a rotating one gives different members of the team "their format" in different weeks.
The second leg is measurement. A short self-assessment at the start (sleep, pain, energy), attendance recorded every session, the same self-assessment at the end and a two-page report to HR — in English for a regional HR function. We do not claim figures; we measure. For hybrid teams, online sessions and a step challenge are built into the same programme so that people outside the office are not systematically left out.
Corporate wellness packages
Not every company needs to start with a 12-week programme. Proposals start from one of three package logics below and are adapted to the team; all run with the same instructor team and the same measurement approach.
| Wellness package | What it includes | Duration | Right for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter package | One format (e.g. desk yoga breaks or stretching), one fixed weekly slot, attendance records | 4–8 weeks | Companies buying wellness services for the first time and testing demand |
| Programme package | A rotation of pilates, yoga, spinning or walking and breathing breaks; one or two slots a week; start and end self-assessment, HR report | 8–12 weeks | Teams that want a habit and measurable results |
| Comprehensive package | The programme package plus online sessions, a step challenge, a breathwork and meditation workshop and a periodic outdoor or retreat day | Seasonal or annual | Hybrid, multi-site companies or those running a global wellbeing policy |
What to check when choosing a wellness provider
- Scope: Is it selling one-off sessions or a programme? Weeks, slots and formats should be written separately in the proposal.
- Instructors: A certified instructor per format, with adaptations for health limitations.
- Measurement: Attendance records and a report to HR at the end; measurement, not claimed figures.
- Inclusion: How hybrid and remote employees take part.
- Privacy: Self-assessments kept anonymous, with only aggregated results reported.

What the wellness programme includes
Programme design
An 8–12 week rotation by team profile (age, desk intensity, complaints) and office facilities; weekly slots fixed in the calendar.
Rotating formats
Pilates, yoga, spinning or a walking club, breathing and mobility breaks; a different emphasis each week, the same instructor team.
Office setup
Mats, portable bikes and a sound system in a meeting room or open area; setup and clearance every session by us. Shower-free options at lunchtime.
Instructor team
A certified instructor per format, teaching in English where needed; mixed or separate groups by company culture; individual adaptation for health limitations.
Hybrid and remote participation
Live online sessions (same time, same instructor) and a team-based step challenge; people outside the office stay part of the programme.
Measurement and reporting
Start and end self-assessment, attendance per session, a two-page report to HR after 8–12 weeks; the continuation decision is made on that report.
Internal communications support
Programme announcement, weekly reminder texts, a "what to bring" note for the first session; attendance in the first three weeks is protected by this communication.
Health and inclusivity
A health declaration once at the start; instructor adaptation for pregnancy, disc herniation and joint limitations; no session is compulsory.
How the quote takes shape
What drives the cost of a wellness programme is the number of weekly sessions, the variety of formats, the number of instructors and equipment setup. Because the programme is designed for the team, there are no prices on this page; the quote emerges in three steps.
Team profile and facilities
Headcount, age and desk intensity, usable space at the office, whether showers exist, the share of hybrid staff.
Programme draft
Rotation, weekly slots and format choice; 8 or 12 weeks; the online component. The draft arrives within 48 hours and is refined together.
Scope and measurement
Instructor and equipment lines, internal communications support, report format; continuation option and cancellation terms in writing.
