The 2027 European Games at a glance
The European Games are a multi-sport event organised every four years by the European Olympic Committees (EOC). After Baku 2015, Minsk 2019 and Kraków-Małopolska 2023, the fourth edition takes place in Istanbul from 16 to 27 June 2027. The programme has 26 sports, including athletics, swimming, gymnastics, volleyball, wrestling, judo, archery, sport climbing, table tennis, padel, squash, 3x3 basketball, coastal rowing and sailing. Some sports award direct quota places for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics.
For companies this is a rare opportunity for client hospitality, dealer incentive trips and employee programmes in Istanbul. For athletes and teams it means arriving early for a preparation camp to adapt to June heat and the city. In both cases the scarcest resource is hotel rooms: the Games will drive demand up, so we recommend optioning your room block early.

What we provide
Hotels and room blocks
Hotel selection matched to your group and programme, room block options, rooming list management and a group desk at the hotel.
Airport and venue transfers
IST/SAW meet-and-greet, hotel–venue–training–restaurant transfers; the daily run sheet is built around Istanbul traffic.
Ticket coordination
Session selection, purchase follow-up through official sales channels and distribution within the group. We are not an official ticket seller.
“Watch + Try” experience
Try the padel, archery, climbing, table tennis, 3x3 basketball, rowing or sailing you watched at the Games, with an instructor.
Training facilities
Indoor halls, pools, athletics tracks, strength gyms and combat sports halls for athletes and teams, confirmed by site visit and written booking.
Athlete nutrition and recovery
Early breakfast, late dinner, athlete menus, a massage/physio room and ice.
Evening programmes
Bosphorus dinner cruise, a team treasure hunt in the Old City, or a private welcome or closing dinner.
One project manager
English and Turkish; invoicing in USD, EUR or GBP for foreign companies and federations.

Programme and venues
For spectators: sessions + “Watch + Try” + evening programme. For athletes: training venue, schedule and menus.
Final quote and delivery
An itemised quote (exclusions listed separately), rooming list, transfer plan and a project manager on the ground.
