Crew a sailing yacht in teams by day, then gather around the same table in the evening. A meal-inclusive corporate programme that combines sport and socialising in a single day.
The sailing experience and dinner programme structures a working day in two parts: by day, teams crew sailing yachts; in the evening, the same teams gather at a single table in a waterfront restaurant. The strength of the format comes from that pairing. On board, everyone has a responsibility: who trims the sail, who holds the helm, who follows the course. At dinner, the day is retold and the experience becomes a shared story.
The programme sits at the opposite end from a football or basketball tournament, where part of the group plays and the rest watch from the stands. On a sailing yacht there are no spectators; fitness makes no difference, no previous experience is needed and the risk of injury is very low. That is why it is one of the formats with the highest participation among mixed-age, mixed-department groups.
Sailing on its own is a strong experience, but when everyone leaves at the end of the day, what happened stays individual. Dinner moves the experience into the team's shared memory. In client feedback, the most-mentioned moment is rarely the manoeuvre on the boat; it is the story told at the table that night. The programme is therefore planned as one whole rather than two parts, and dinner is part of the format rather than an optional add-on.
Eight to twelve participants are planned per yacht. A team of 40 is typically spread across four yachts that follow the same route and meet in the same bay. Up to 80 people can depart from a single marina; larger groups are split across two days or two marinas.
The programme runs from early April to late October. May–June and September are the most productive windows for both weather and restaurant availability. On days when the wind is unsuitable, the instructor shortens the route or switches to motoring; the dinner part of the day is unaffected by weather.
Once the number of participants, date range and preferred city are shared, we plan the number of yachts, the route and the restaurant options. The programme can be combined with a residential meeting or an additional activity the following day.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by experienced instructors. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating small teams of 4 up to company-wide groups of 150 people, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
Yes. Every yacht has an instructor on board; the roles are explained at the briefing and rotated during the day. For most participants this is their first time sailing, and the programme is designed for that.
The format is designed around the meal; the experience turns into a shared team memory largely at the dinner table. For teams who want only the daytime sail, we have separate sailing experience programmes.
The programme suits groups of 4–150 people in total, with eight to twelve participants planned per yacht. A small team of four can sail on a single yacht. Up to 80 people can depart from one marina; larger groups are split across two days or two marinas.
If the wind is unsuitable, the instructor shortens the route or switches to motoring; on days with a storm warning the programme moves to a backup date. The dinner part of the day is unaffected by weather.
