Weekly corporate spin sessions: a reserved allocation, a coached group class, and the ability to train in the same class at any level.
The weekly spin package sets up group classes with a fixed allocation reserved for your company. What separates it from the gym package is not only the activity but the psychology of attendance: a spin class is a group class, it starts at a set time and the number of participants is known. An employee who struggles to go to a gym alone does not struggle to turn up to a class with a start time.
The most valuable property of spin for a corporate group is this: two people side by side in the same class can work at completely different loads. Resistance is set individually; the instructor sets the tempo but you decide how hard it is. Where a difference in level is immediately visible in running or a team sport, here it is invisible — and that is the single most important factor preventing inexperienced employees from quitting after the first class.
Placed against the gym package, this one trades range for adherence: it does one activity rather than everything, and in exchange the attendance rate is markedly higher because the class exists whether or not the employee feels motivated that evening. If the Turkish site has tried an open gym benefit and the usage data came back low, the class format is usually the better second attempt — and it is the one that works for employees who were never going to build their own programme.
Spin is a low-impact exercise; unlike running, no impact load reaches the joints. On the other hand, an incorrect saddle height can cause knee pain and staying in one position for a long time can cause lower back discomfort and numb hands. The setup adjustment in the first class is therefore never skipped. Participants with cardiovascular conditions are asked to obtain medical clearance.
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
Yes. Spin bikes are stationary; no balance, braking or road skill is required. Anyone who can turn a pedal can take part from the first class.
Resistance is individual; the instructor sets the tempo but the participant sets the load. Different fitness levels work comfortably side by side in the same class and the difference is not visible from outside. That makes spin one of the most inclusive group classes for a corporate group.
It depends on the number of bikes at the studio; typical studios have 15 to 25. If participant numbers are higher, two separate sessions are planned. The reserved allocation prevents an employee being turned away because the class is full.
Because it needs bikes installed, the regular weekly programme runs at a studio. A one-off or short-term setup at the office is possible and is planned as a separate service.
Because spin is low impact it is suitable in many cases, but if the saddle and handlebars are not set correctly the load on the knees and lower back increases. The setup adjustment is made individually in the first class. Participants with existing conditions are asked to seek medical opinion.
