What is a DMC?
A destination management company (DMC) is the firm that takes over the local side of a group trip. The overseas agency or company sets the objectives and the budget; the DMC chooses the suppliers, builds the programme and makes sure every transfer, dinner and activity happens on time. A good DMC knows a destination as an operator rather than a tourist: which bridge is gridlocked at what hour, which bay catches the wind, which venue seats 200 comfortably.
What sets us apart is the sport and outdoor layer. We are a corporate sports organiser first, and we plan and run the experiences at the heart of a programme with our own instructor, equipment and venue network across 50+ sports (powered by Sporara). We operate in all 81 provinces of Türkiye and abroad, from our base in Istanbul.
