Corporate Sports Experiences
Experience programmes are half-day or full-day sessions in which a team tries a sport it has not done before, guided by instructors: sailing, rafting, climbing, golf, padel, diving, paintball, racing simulators and VR stations. No prior experience is needed; equipment and safety are part of the organisation.

About Corporate Sports Experiences
The strongest reason to bring a team to Turkey
If there is one category where Turkey does something a conference hotel in another country cannot, it is this one. Within a few hours of Istanbul you can put a team on a sailing boat in the Aegean, in a raft on a mountain river, in a hot-air balloon over Cappadocia at sunrise, or on a canyon floor walking through knee-deep water in midsummer heat. These are the activities visiting teams remember and photograph, and they are the reason many incentive trips choose Turkey in the first place.
What works for an incoming group
- Cappadocia. Balloons at sunrise, ATV and jeep routes through the valleys, horse riding at sunset. Usually a two- or three-night programme; the balloon flight is weather-dependent, so a second morning is kept as backup.
- The Aegean and Mediterranean coast. Corporate regattas, diving, sea kayaking, canyon walks and jeep safaris. The season runs roughly April to October.
- Around Istanbul. Forest trekking and mountain biking, rowing on sheltered water, indoor formats year-round. This is what works when the trip is short and the group is already in the city.
- Winter. Snowshoe walks, snowmobile safaris and ski resorts between December and March, mostly in Uludağ, Kartepe and the eastern resorts.
Two things visiting groups should know
Weather cancels things. Balloon flights are called off on the morning, at the launch field, when wind is unsuitable — this is normal and happens regularly. Paragliding is the same. If either is central to your trip, plan a spare morning or accept the risk consciously; we always keep an alternative activity ready so the group is not left with an empty day.
Not everyone takes part in everything. In any group of twenty, a few people will not want to jump, dive or ride. Every programme is built with a parallel option and with real roles for those who prefer to watch, rather than leaving them sitting in a café.
Language and equipment
Programmes for international groups are run by English-speaking guides, including safety briefings. Equipment — wetsuits, helmets, life jackets, bikes, climbing gear — is provided; participants bring only clothing suited to the activity, which we send in advance.
Frequently asked questions
What is worth travelling to Turkey for specifically?
Cappadocia balloon flights, sailing regattas on the Aegean, rafting on mountain rivers and canyon walks are the activities visiting groups consistently rate highest — they are difficult to replicate elsewhere in Europe at comparable cost and flight time.
How likely is a balloon flight to be cancelled?
Cancellations for wind are common and the decision is made on the morning at the launch field. Groups staying two nights and booking the first morning keep the second as a backup; this is the only reliable way to manage the risk. We always hold an alternative activity ready.
Do you provide equipment or do we bring our own?
Equipment is provided — wetsuits, helmets, life jackets, bikes, climbing gear, archery sets. Participants bring only suitable clothing, and we send a specific list once the programme is fixed.
Are guides English-speaking?
Yes for international groups, including safety briefings. This is confirmed at booking. For larger groups we allocate guides so that every sub-group has English-language support rather than a single interpreter for fifty people.
Can we combine several activities in one trip?
That is the normal structure for visiting teams: a balloon flight at sunrise, an ATV or jeep route in the afternoon, a canyon walk the following day. We plan the sequence around travel time and recovery rather than fitting in as much as possible.
