Corporate Snowmobile Safari
A motorised tour on snow: no licence needed, a guided convoy, and a short winter activity that works for complete beginners.
A motorised tour on snow: no licence needed, a guided convoy, and a short winter activity that works for complete beginners.
Snowmobile safari is the most-chosen activity for participants who cannot ski in a winter programme. Operating one is similar to a motorcycle but without the balance problem; the machine sits on tracks. No licence is required.
It needs no skill, no fitness and no prior exposure to snow, and it produces the images a company actually uses afterwards. For teams from the Gulf or from warm-climate markets, where nobody in the group has ever driven anything on snow, it delivers a genuine first without asking anyone to learn a sport. Pair it with a snowshoe walk and a winter day is complete without a single person needing to ski.
Tours are not free riding; they run as a convoy behind a guide. The guide leads and a staff member follows at the back, with participants in single file between. This arrangement is required for both safety and route control. Riding on snow happens in an environment where visibility and ground conditions can change quickly, and free riding is not offered to corporate groups.
Machines may be single or double seat. In double use one participant drives and the other rides behind, swapping halfway — which lets the whole group experience driving without doubling the number of machines. This arrangement is frequently preferred for corporate groups.
Run at facilities around Uludağ, Kartepe, Kartalkaya, Palandöken and Sarıkamış. Kartepe and Uludağ are the practical choices for a group based in Istanbul. The season depends on snow cover, with December to March the standard window. If snow is insufficient the activity cannot run, so an alternative is planned into every winter programme.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
No. No driving licence is needed to operate a snowmobile; after a short briefing and a practice run participants join the convoy. Age limits are set by the operator.
Not for corporate groups. Tours run as a convoy behind a guide, with a staff member at the back. Because ground and visibility conditions on snow can change quickly, this arrangement is required for safety rather than preferred.
It depends on the number of machines at the facility. In double-seat use participants swap halfway, which lets the whole group experience driving without increasing the number of machines.
The activity cannot run. For this reason an alternative is planned into every winter programme: indoor facility activities, a thermal programme or, depending on the region, a forest walk. The decision is made a few days ahead based on snow conditions.
