Overview
In short: the European Games in Istanbul, 16–27 June 2027, are an opportunity for client hospitality, dealer incentive trips and employee programmes. We build these programmes with accommodation included: hotel, airport and venue transfers, ticket coordination through official sales channels, an English/Turkish-speaking host, dinners and a Bosphorus programme. What sets us apart is the “Watch + Try” format: your group watches padel, archery or climbing at the Games in the morning, then tries the same sport with an instructor in the afternoon.
Who is it for?
- Client hospitality: companies that want to host key clients and partners at a major sporting event.
- Dealer and sales incentives: a 2–4 day incentive programme in Istanbul for teams and dealers who hit their targets.
- Employee programmes: a dedicated Games day for companies with a sports club or wellbeing programme.
- Corporate groups from abroad: companies, clubs and sponsor delegations travelling to Istanbul to support their country’s athletes.
What is included?
Accommodation
Hotels in the city centre, on the Bosphorus or close to competition venues, depending on your group; room block, welcome and a group desk at the hotel. The Games will raise hotel demand across the city, so rooms are optioned early.
Ticket coordination
We plan which sports you watch on which day as part of the programme. Tickets are purchased through the official sales channels once they open; we handle session selection, purchase follow-up and distribution within the group. We are not an official ticket seller or official hospitality partner; ticket access depends on the official sales terms.
Transfers and hosting
Airport meet-and-greet, hotel–venue–restaurant transfers and a host who stays with your group all day. Venues are spread across the city, so the daily run sheet is built around traffic and session times together.
“Watch + Try” sports experience
Try the sport you watched at the Games, the same day or the next: padel, archery, climbing, a table tennis tournament, 3x3 basketball, rowing or sailing on the Bosphorus. Instructors, equipment and venue are on us.
Evening programmes
Dinner cruise on the Bosphorus, a team treasure hunt in the Old City, or a private welcome or closing dinner.
Sample programme: 3 days / 2 nights
The programme can be a single day (no accommodation, for local teams) or extended to four days. Finals days and the closing weekend are the busiest period; early planning is recommended.
Why us?
- We are a corporate sports organiser first: we have the instructor and venue network to turn a spectator day into a sports experience.
- We are a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency (A-12558): we run hotels, transfers and guiding ourselves.
- One English- and Turkish-speaking project manager; invoicing in USD, EUR or GBP for foreign companies.
- An itemised quote within 24 hours, stating clearly what is not included.
