Corporate Kickboxing Workshop
A non-contact workshop adding kicks to boxing: hip and leg work, balance, and a higher calorie load.
A non-contact workshop adding kicks to boxing: hip and leg work, balance, and a higher calorie load.
A kickboxing workshop adds leg techniques on top of the boxing workshop, and that addition changes the character of the programme markedly. A kick requires hip rotation and balance on one leg, so the work does not stay in the upper body and both the calorie load and the demand on balance rise.
For a group you know well, the fitness profile decides. For a visiting group you have not met, boxing is the safer default: it demands no flexibility from people who have just spent six hours on a plane, and nobody has to find out in front of colleagues that they cannot raise a leg. Choose kickboxing when the group is younger, has asked for it, or has done a boxing session before.
There is no contact; every technique is applied to pads and the bag. Mats are used during kicking work because of the risk of slipping, and the session is not done in socks. Participants with knee or hip conditions can take part with hand techniques only, without joining the kicking section.
Built as a single workshop of 90 to 120 minutes, or as a regular series across six to eight weeks. In the regular format, progress in both flexibility and technique is markedly higher.
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
No. Kickboxing adds kicks to the hand techniques, which requires flexibility, balance and hip mobility. Tempo and calorie load are higher than in boxing. Which one suits is decided by the fitness profile of the group.
Yes. The programme starts with low kicks and high kicks are not a target. The warm-up section is kept long with desk-based groups in mind. Straining is not expected at any point.
None. Every technique is applied to pads held by the coach or to the bag; participants do not make contact with each other.
The kicking section is not recommended for them. They can take part in the hand techniques, footwork and conditioning sections; the coach makes this adaptation at the start of the programme.
