Corporate Boxing Workshop
A non-contact boxing workshop: pad work, heavy bag and footwork. No striking a partner, plenty of conditioning and focus.

A corporate boxing workshop is a programme in which participants do not hit each other. The work runs entirely through pads and the heavy bag; there is no sparring. That is the precondition for the workshop being viable in a corporate setting — an event in which colleagues strike one another is not a manageable risk.
The feedback pad work draws most often from corporate groups is mental rather than physical: the coach holds the pads in unpredictable positions and the participant has to react without knowing what is coming. Within a few minutes it becomes impossible to think about anything else. Participants usually describe it as the only thing that empties their head.
It needs roughly 2 m² per participant, a level floor and ventilation — which means a hotel function room, an empty office floor or a cleared meeting space all work. Nothing has to be transferred to, nothing is booked months ahead, and the equipment arrives with the coach. For a group with a dense agenda and one 90-minute gap, this is among the highest-intensity things that can be dropped into it.
It can be delivered in a gym or at the office; in an office setup gloves, pads and mats are brought in and the heavy bag section is removed.
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
No. There is no sparring in corporate workshops; every strike is made into pads held by the coach or into the heavy bag. This rule is applied without exception.
Gloves, wraps and pads are provided as part of the programme. Participants only need comfortable sportswear and trainers, which is all a travelling group can be expected to have.
The pace is set to the group. Pad work is done in short sets and the breaks can be kept long. Participants with cardiovascular conditions are advised to seek medical opinion.
Yes. Roughly 2 m² of clear space per participant, a level floor and ventilation are enough. The heavy bag section is removed in an office setup and the programme is completed with pad and shadow boxing work.
Wraps and correct punching technique reduce the risk, but participants with existing hand, wrist or shoulder conditions are advised not to join the striking section. They can take part in the footwork and conditioning sections.
