Corporate Karate Workshop
An introduction to karate through kata and basic techniques: an individual discipline that needs no partner and no contact.

Karate is the easiest of the corporate workshops to set up logistically, for one reason: it requires no partner. The participant works alone, in their own space, without touching anybody. No mats, pads, gloves or pairing are needed.
This matters when the venue is a hotel function room, an empty office floor or a terrace, and when the group is one you have not met. Nobody has to be paired with a stranger, nobody has to make physical contact with a colleague, nothing has to be transported, and the space requirement is roughly 2.5 m² a head. If you have a group of forty people from six countries and one free hour in a conference centre, this is the martial arts workshop that actually fits.
A kata is a predetermined sequence of movements — a choreography performed against an imaginary opponent. Its value in a corporate group is this: everyone performs the same sequence at their own pace. A very fit participant and someone who has never exercised can work side by side on the same movement at different speeds, and the difference is not conspicuous from the outside. In the other combat workshops a gap in level shows itself immediately; here it is concealed.
Roughly 2.5 m² of clear space per participant is enough. A meeting room, canteen or outdoor area can be used, and the session is done with shoes off.
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
No. This is an introductory workshop; it involves no grading examination, rank or formal certificate. Participants who want to continue are directed to regular club programmes.
Yes, and karate is the most suitable combat workshop for it. 2.5 m² of clear space per participant and a level floor are enough; no mats, pads or special equipment are needed. It also works in a hotel function room.
No. Comfortable sportswear is enough. The session is done barefoot or in socks, with a mat laid down if the floor is slippery.
Stance work puts a noticeable load on the legs, but the pace is low and the duration is under each participant's own control. For those with knee conditions, the stances are adapted by raising them.
