A fixtured in-house FIFA (EA FC) tournament run on console stations installed at your office or venue. Setup, MC and awards ceremony included.
An in-house FIFA tournament starts with console stations installed at your office or venue, with the fixtures and scoring managed by us. Consoles, screens, controllers, the licensed game and the stand setup are all provided; all we need from you is roughly 3 m² per station and an earthed socket.
A FIFA tournament (now released as EA Sports FC) has one of the lowest participation barriers of any corporate event format: no fitness, no equipment, no change of venue. It can be played over a lunch break and pulls the whole office in as an audience.
Single-day tournament. 16–32 players complete the group stage and knockouts in 4–6 hours. It works well as a second activity alongside a family day, year-end party or sales kick-off.
Weekly office league. The stations stay set up at the office, matches are played during lunch breaks and after hours, and the fixture spreads over 1–3 weeks, closing with a short awards ceremony on finals day. Because it engages the whole office for weeks without needing a day off, this is the format HR and internal communications teams request most.
The same console setup can also host basketball and racing titles alongside the current EA Sports FC release. A multi-title format noticeably widens participation and stops the tournament from being "an event for football fans only".
The live leaderboard, fixture announcements and finals-day content can all feed your internal communication channels. The participant list, match statistics and event photography are handed over at the end — data HR can use directly in engagement reporting.

Throughout the competition, occupational health and safety (OHS) standards are rigorously enforced. Matches are hosted exclusively in professional athletic facilities featuring shock-absorbing flooring, climate control, and certified lighting. To eliminate workplace disputes, all games are officiated by independent, licensed federation referees and official scoring table judges. A certified on-site emergency first-aid responder is stationed throughout all fixtures, with health clearance forms systematically verified.
Tournament structures adapt to your headcount. For teams of 20–50 participants, intensive single-day corporate cup formats build high-energy camaraderie. For enterprises of 100–500+ employees, season leagues spanning multiple weeks sustain cross-departmental engagement. Spectator cheering awards, halftime skill challenges, and weekly internal newsletter recaps ensure comprehensive inclusion.
All tournaments are delivered under our official TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed travel agency accreditation with transparent corporate contracts. Upon providing your team size, target location, and preferred calendar, we deliver your official line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing in USD, EUR, or TRY is supported for multinational procurement desks.

Yes — this is the most popular format. The stations stay set up at the office, matches are played during lunch breaks and after hours, and the fixture spreads over 1–3 weeks, closing with a short awards ceremony on finals day. It keeps the whole office engaged for weeks without needing a full day off.
Once we have the participant list we run the draw and manage the group and knockout fixtures digitally. Results are entered live, and the leaderboard and bracket are projected on screen for everyone to follow.
