A corporate esports league solves the one problem no other league format can: geography. Teams in different cities, different offices and working from home can meet in the same fixture, at the same time and on equal terms. Physical fitness, age and mobility present no barrier to taking part.
This is the exception to everything else in this cluster. Every other league here needs players who live in the same city; this one does not, and that makes it the only format on these pages a genuinely multi-country team can run as a season rather than a one-off. A squad drawn from Istanbul, a European hub and a Gulf office can play the same fixture on the same evening — the time zones across those markets are close enough for a shared slot to work, which is not true of a league spanning Asia and the Americas.
The choice of game sets the character of the league. Team-based titles in five-a-side formats give a real league feeling but have a high learning barrier and risk excluding inexperienced colleagues. Sports and racing titles have almost no learning barrier and keep participation wide. A mixed solution is common: the main league on a team title, with a parallel open lane on something easily accessible.
An esports league produces the most value when it is set up alongside the pitch leagues rather than instead of them: it opens a second door for employees who cannot join the football league and raises the overall participation rate. Two leagues can run in parallel in the same season.
Throughout the competition, occupational health and safety (OHS) standards are rigorously enforced. Matches are hosted exclusively in professional athletic facilities featuring shock-absorbing flooring, climate control, and certified lighting. To eliminate workplace disputes, all games are officiated by independent, licensed federation referees and official scoring table judges. A certified on-site emergency first-aid responder is stationed throughout all fixtures, with health clearance forms systematically verified.
Tournament structures adapt to your headcount. For teams of 20–50 participants, intensive single-day corporate cup formats build high-energy camaraderie. For enterprises of 100–500+ employees, season leagues spanning multiple weeks sustain cross-departmental engagement. Spectator cheering awards, halftime skill challenges, and weekly internal newsletter recaps ensure comprehensive inclusion.
All tournaments are delivered under our official TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed travel agency accreditation with transparent corporate contracts. Upon providing your team size, target location, and preferred calendar, we deliver your official line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing in USD, EUR, or TRY is supported for multinational procurement desks.
The choice follows the company's employee profile. Football and racing titles give the widest participation because they need no rules knowledge. Team-based shooters and MOBA titles produce a more competitive league but narrow the player pool. Age ratings and licence conditions are checked during setup.
Entirely remotely; matches are played in online lobbies and results verified through the platform. In a hybrid setup some teams connect from the office and others from home. Connection quality is tested before matches.
That is a genuine risk. Two measures are recommended to reduce it: an open lane on a low-barrier title, and a broadcast event where the final week is watched together in the office. The second brings non-playing colleagues into the organisation as well.
The rule set is shared in writing at the start of the league: account sharing and substitute players are prohibited, screen sharing may be requested during matches, and a dispute process is defined. Deterrence is usually sufficient in corporate leagues because participants know each other from work.
For remote participation, players use their own. For an in-office event or final day, console, screen and seating setup can be included in the organisation; this is planned separately according to participant numbers.
