Corporate VR Experience Event
Virtual reality stations installed at your office: multiplayer missions, no physical barrier to entry, and complete independence from the weather.
Virtual reality stations installed at your office: multiplayer missions, no physical barrier to entry, and complete independence from the weather.
The real value of a VR event in a corporate programme is that it recognises no constraints: weather, season, fitness, age and mobility are not decisive. The station is installed at the office and a colleague joins the experience a few steps from their desk.
This is the decisive choice for a corporate event. Single-player experiences — roller coasters, exploration — are impressive but remain a spectacle. Multiplayer missions put the team into the same virtual environment: solving a puzzle together, passing information to each other and coordinating under time pressure. Where the programme needs a team outcome, the second is chosen.
A group flying in for meetings has a fixed agenda and one or two free hours, usually in the building they are already in. This is the format that fits that gap: nothing to transfer to, nothing to change into, no weather to check, and it can run during a conference break or after the last session of the day. It also works where the group spans several countries and nobody can assume a shared sporting background — everyone is equally new to it.
Each station needs roughly 3x3 metres of clear space, a power socket and a level floor. Headsets are cleaned between users and single-use face covers are used. For participants who may feel nauseous, stationary seated experiences are preferred and this option is always kept ready.
In winter, for short in-office events, for groups of mixed physical condition, and for technology-themed programmes. It also fits naturally at trade fairs and launches, where the flow of visitors is irregular and a station format absorbs it.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
Yes. Roughly 3x3 metres of clear space, a power socket and a level floor are enough per station. A meeting room, an empty floor or a canteen can be used, and setup and removal are handled by the organisation. This is what makes it viable inside a conference agenda.
Some participants experience dizziness or nausea with movement-based experiences. For this reason stationary seated experiences are always kept available as an alternative and participants are told at the start.
Up to 100 people. Rotating participation is set up according to the number of stations and the length of each experience; a group of 100 generally needs four to six stations.
Yes, and it is the one chosen in corporate programmes. In multiplayer missions the team solves a puzzle together in the same virtual environment and has to coordinate; single-player experiences remain more of a spectacle.
