Corporate Drift School
Controlled slide training: a driving licence is mandatory, an instructor sits beside you, and losing and regaining the car is practised in a closed area.

A drift school teaches how to slide the rear axle of a car under control and then recover it. What makes it valuable as a corporate event is not the spectacle but the transferable skill: which way to turn the wheel during a slide and how to use the throttle is the same situation a driver meets on a genuinely icy or wet road.
The participant never drives alone; an instructor sits in the passenger seat and intervenes when needed. The cars are prepared for this purpose, with a roll cage, helmet mounting and a secondary brake. The area is completely closed and free of obstacles — there is no traffic and no pedestrian risk.
This is the most important difference from go-kart: a valid driving licence is mandatory for drift school. Employees without one cannot take part, and this must be settled when the participant list is prepared. For an international group it is worth checking earlier than usual — colleagues travelling from abroad need to bring their licence with them, and some will not have thought to. A go-kart or simulator station can be planned the same day for anyone excluded.
For sales, field and service teams who drive a great deal, it carries both event and training value. Some companies build this programme into a defensive driving initiative for fleet drivers, which is the framing that gets it approved as something other than entertainment.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.

No. The programme is run with cars prepared for this purpose: roll cage, secondary brake and appropriate tyres. Drift practice is not carried out in personal vehicles.
Where you look, and steering and throttle use during a slide, transfer directly to real road conditions. A single session does not build a reflex, but it creates awareness and a basic response pattern. Some companies build it into a defensive driving programme for fleet drivers.
It is done in a closed, obstacle-free area at low speed with an instructor in the passenger seat. The vehicle equipment and site safety are prepared for this purpose. Not recommended for people with neck or back conditions.
