An inter-company tennis tournament is an event in which different organisations enter teams and the winner is a company. What separates it from an internal tournament is not just scale; here the event is also a business development and networking platform.
The inter-company format requires a heavier operation than an internal tournament:
8 companies × 3 pairs = 24 pairs needs 6 courts and a full day; 12 companies need a two-day programme or 8 courts. Tolerance for delay is low in an inter-company tournament — executives have to leave at set times — so the schedule must be kept tight.

Throughout the competition, occupational health and safety (OHS) standards are rigorously enforced. Matches are hosted exclusively in professional athletic facilities featuring shock-absorbing flooring, climate control, and certified lighting. To eliminate workplace disputes, all games are officiated by independent, licensed federation referees and official scoring table judges. A certified on-site emergency first-aid responder is stationed throughout all fixtures, with health clearance forms systematically verified.
Tournament structures adapt to your headcount. For teams of 20–50 participants, intensive single-day corporate cup formats build high-energy camaraderie. For enterprises of 100–500+ employees, season leagues spanning multiple weeks sustain cross-departmental engagement. Spectator cheering awards, halftime skill challenges, and weekly internal newsletter recaps ensure comprehensive inclusion.
All tournaments are delivered under our official TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed travel agency accreditation with transparent corporate contracts. Upon providing your team size, target location, and preferred calendar, we deliver your official line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing in USD, EUR, or TRY is supported for multinational procurement desks.

Players compete for their organisation rather than themselves; shirts and corporate identity come to the fore. Because entering companies' playing quality cannot be controlled, A/B categories are close to mandatory. Breaks and the evening programme bring executives from different organisations together — for most participants that is the real value.
Each company is represented by 2–4 pairs and the corporate score is the sum of their results. This prevents a single strong player from carrying an organisation alone.
Strongly recommended in this format. Scoring disputes between organisations can create tension in a way they do not internally; independent umpires remove that risk.

Yes; the format suits sponsor visibility far better than an internal tournament: court-side banners, sponsor stands, company marquees, shirt and trophy branding and a presentation slot in the evening programme.
