A beach tennis corporate event turns a racket sport played on sand over a net with stringless paddles into a company day. Sitting at the intersection of tennis and beach volleyball, it works well for corporate groups for two reasons: the learning barrier is low, and the setting builds half the event on its own.
Because the ball does not bounce, the "being in the right place at the right time" problem that frustrates tennis beginners largely disappears. The sand slows the game and reduces the risk of falls.
Four players occupy a court. In a rotation format, 8–12 participants per court works well. A group of 40 needs 4 courts. Courts can be set up by adjusting the net on existing beach volleyball courts.
The season runs from June to September, at beach venues in Istanbul, İzmir, Çeşme, Bodrum and Antalya. Sand temperatures are high around midday, so programmes move to morning or late afternoon blocks and shaded areas are planned.

The court is the size of a beach volleyball court, the net sits at shoulder height, the paddle is stringless and solid and the ball is a low-pressure tennis ball. The biggest difference: the ball never bounces — it is played as a volley. That largely removes the "being in the right place at the right time" problem that frustrates tennis beginners.
Yes — rallies are possible within the first half hour. The ball not bouncing and the sand slowing the game bring the learning barrier far below tennis.
Playing on sand raises cardiovascular load but lowers impact load; it is kind to knees and joints. Knee and ankle conditions should be reported in advance, because moving on sand changes joint loading.

Yes. Beach volleyball, bumper ball or beach olympics can be rotated in the same day, making efficient use of the sand court throughout.
