An internal singles or doubles tournament: group and knockout stages, a consolation draw and an award ceremony. Requires an existing player base.
A corporate tennis tournament is a competition between employees who play tennis. This format has one prerequisite and it must not be skipped: the company needs an existing base of players.
Tennis has a high learning barrier and a tournament cannot be run with a team that has never played. The practical threshold: at least 8–12 employees must be able to serve and rally. Without that base, the right step is not a tournament but corporate tennis training or a weekly programme first.
If the base exists but is narrow, choose doubles: pairing an experienced player with a weaker partner balances matches and doubles the number of participants.
Single-set matches take 45–60 minutes. One court handles about 8 matches in an 8-hour day. 16 pairs need 4 courts and a full day; 24 pairs need 6 courts or a programme over two days. Cut the courts and matches run into the evening.
The number of playing employees and their levels, date, city, singles or doubles preference and indoor or outdoor court preference.
Throughout the competition, occupational health and safety (OHS) standards are rigorously enforced. Matches are hosted exclusively in professional athletic facilities featuring shock-absorbing flooring, climate control, and certified lighting. To eliminate workplace disputes, all games are officiated by independent, licensed federation referees and official scoring table judges. A certified on-site emergency first-aid responder is stationed throughout all fixtures, with health clearance forms systematically verified.
Tournament structures adapt to your headcount. For teams of 20–50 participants, intensive single-day corporate cup formats build high-energy camaraderie. For enterprises of 100–500+ employees, season leagues spanning multiple weeks sustain cross-departmental engagement. Spectator cheering awards, halftime skill challenges, and weekly internal newsletter recaps ensure comprehensive inclusion.
All tournaments are delivered under our official TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed travel agency accreditation with transparent corporate contracts. Upon providing your team size, target location, and preferred calendar, we deliver your official line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing in USD, EUR, or TRY is supported for multinational procurement desks.

Doubles is recommended. Mixed pairing balances ability, doubles the number of participants and keeps the match count manageable. Singles only makes sense with a strong player base and needs more court-hours.

They keep playing in the consolation draw. This second draw for those who do not progress ensures no participant sits out the afternoon.
Participants usually keep their own score, which lowers cost and keeps the pace. Assigning an umpire to the final is recommended so the result is beyond dispute.
