The VR kayaking booth is a virtual reality water sport station played with a real paddling motion. The moment a participant puts on the headset they are on a river or lake course; the paddling motion drives the virtual kayak, and speed and balance depend directly on how they move. We install the station at your venue and our operator runs it throughout the day.
It brings the energy of water sports to an office floor, a trade fair stand or a hotel ballroom without the logistics — no boats, life jackets, shoreline permits, weather risk or transfer plan. All you need is a few square metres of flat floor and a socket.
After a short briefing the participant puts on the headset and takes the paddle controller. The goal is to pass the gates along the course, avoid obstacles and bring the time down. When the turn ends the score goes on the main leaderboard, and a winner is announced at the end of the day. Because waiting colleagues watch the run live on the main screen, a crowd forms around the booth — at fairs and launches it is usually the most-watched part of the stand.
No fitness level, swimming ability or sports background is required. Pace and difficulty are adjusted per participant, so everyone from 18 to 65, from executives to interns, joins the same flow. The experience can also be played seated, so colleagues with limited mobility are not left out.
The booth can be rented daily or weekly. Single-day programmes such as family days, launches and year-end parties use a full-day or half-day setup. Fairs, festivals, university career weeks and in-office engagement periods are better served by a weekly setup: the booth stays on site, runs with an operator every day and works out noticeably more economical than repeated daily installs. We hold a limited number of sets, so we recommend checking date availability early.
For out-of-city setups, transport and crew accommodation are quoted as separate line items.
Company family days, product launches, trade fair and congress stands, university career days, shopping mall activations, year-end parties, hiring days and in-office engagement weeks. At fairs it is particularly popular with sales teams because it extends visitor dwell time and creates a natural opening for conversation.
The booth panel, backdrop and score screen can carry your corporate identity. The leaderboard can show department or company names, and on request participant registration is collected on a tablet and handed over as a participant list after the event — turning the booth from an entertainment corner into a measurable touchpoint.

Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
A single station needs 4–6 m² of flat floor space (roughly 2×3 m), with at least 1 metre of clearance around the participant for the paddling motion. A ceiling height of 2.5 m or more is recommended.
Each turn takes 3–5 minutes including the briefing, so one station serves roughly 20–30 people per hour and 150–200 people over a full 8-hour day. A second station can be planned for busier events.
Both. Single-day events (family days, launches, trade fair days) use a full-day or half-day setup. For fairs, festivals and in-office engagement periods, a weekly setup is preferred: the booth stays on site and is run with an operator each day.
