Corporate Mini Golf Event
Putting through obstacle courses: no golf knowledge needed, short, and played in small groups that walk the course together.
Putting through obstacle courses: no golf knowledge needed, short, and played in small groups that walk the course together.
Mini golf takes only the last part of golf — the putt — and puts obstacles around it. There are no long shots, no swing technique and no course knowledge. A participant who knows nothing about golf can start straight in at the first hole.
Groups of three or four move around the course in turn. This produces an effect that goes unnoticed in corporate events but is remarkably effective: four people walk and talk together for 45 minutes. Conversation that disappears in a large crowd becomes unavoidable here. Building the groups as a deliberate mix of departments — or, for an international gathering, a deliberate mix of offices — works directly towards an objective of people getting to know each other.
It can be played at a fixed mini golf facility, or portable course modules can be installed at an office, a hotel or an event venue. In a portable setup the number of holes is chosen and the course shaped to the available space, which makes mini golf a frequently used station at company festivals and launches — including in a hotel function space during a conference.
Everyone can play regardless of age, fitness or mobility. Participation by children is high at family day events. Because it can be set up indoors it fits winter programmes too.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
No. Mini golf uses only the putt; swing technique, long shots and course knowledge are not required. Participants can play from the first hole onward.
Yes, with portable course modules. The number of holes is chosen and the course shaped to the available space, which is why it is used so often at company festivals, launches and inside hotel function spaces during conferences.
A nine-hole course takes about 45 minutes with a group of three or four; an eighteen-hole course an hour and a half. Groups are started at intervals to prevent bunching.
Up to 60 people. Participants are divided into groups of three or four and enter the course at intervals, which keeps waiting to a minimum.
