Corporate golf training starts employees from zero, and it generally serves one of two purposes: preparing the team that will play in a company golf tournament, or giving basic competence to staff who use golf in client hospitality.
Almost every beginner wants to work on the long shot; yet more than half the strokes in a round are made around the green with a putter. Training therefore starts with the short game: putting, chipping and pitching. That order lowers the participant's score noticeably in their first round and makes the game enjoyable early, which is what determines whether anyone comes back for a second session.
In a great many industries, golf remains the venue where a relationship with a client or a partner is built over four hours rather than forty minutes. For a company whose staff will be hosting or being hosted internationally, the problem is not that an employee plays badly — that is normal and forgiven — but that they do not know the etiquette and are visibly uncomfortable. This programme fixes the second problem, which is the one that actually matters, and it fixes it in a handful of sessions rather than a season.
It can be built as a single intensive day or as a four to six week course spread across weekly sessions. The second is markedly more effective for lasting skill; the single day is chosen as preparation before a tournament.
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
No. Clubs and balls are provided as part of the programme. Participants with their own equipment may bring it and the coach will check that the setup is appropriate.
Most golf facilities have rules such as a collared shirt and appropriate shoes. Rules are more relaxed on the driving range; if the group is going onto the course, facility rules are communicated to participants in advance and shoes can be hired if needed.
By the end of a single-day programme participants can take part in a scramble-format tournament. To play independently keeping their own score, four to six weeks of regular work is needed.
The swing requires rotation through the lower back and shoulders, so participants with existing conditions there should inform the coach. The programme is low intensity in pace and moderately active on the course because of the walking; a golf cart can be used.
