High-altitude flight over Ölüdeniz: launch ramps at 1700-1965 m, cable car access, and long airtime.
Babadağ rises above Fethiye and Ölüdeniz and is a paragliding site with a genuine international reputation — a place many of your colleagues will already have seen photographs of without knowing where it was. Its place in a corporate programme comes down to one measurement: altitude. Launch ramps start at 1700 metres and the highest sits at 1965.
The higher the launch, the longer the airtime. Babadağ flights last markedly longer than those from lower sites and give the pilot more height to work with. The landing is made onto the area above Ölüdeniz beach — the final section, descending over the sea, is the part participants remember.
Fethiye is served by Dalaman airport, which has direct international flights through the season. That puts Babadağ within reach of a European team planning a two or three day offsite without a domestic connection. It is also the reason this is usually the paragliding page that international enquiries land on: the site is well known, and the travel is simple.
The region is flyable for most of the year, with April to November the busiest period. In summer thermal conditions strengthen around midday, so morning flights are preferred for corporate groups — worth knowing when you are building an agenda, because it fixes this activity to the first half of the day.
The flight section takes half a day including waiting. In Fethiye programmes it is usually combined with Saklıkent Gorge, a boat trip or a visit to Kayaköy to make a full day. As with all paragliding, a named alternative is held ready in case conditions close the mountain.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
Babadağ launches start at 1700 metres, which markedly lengthens the airtime, and the landing is onto Ölüdeniz beach. Cable car access also makes the ascent quick, so more flights can be planned in the same day. It is the site international groups most often ask for by name.
They can ride the cable car to the summit and watch the views and the launches, or join the welcome and photo team at the landing area. The programme is built so that these participants are not left out, which matters when the whole company has travelled together.
April to November is the busiest period. In summer, thermal conditions strengthen at midday so corporate groups fly in the morning. Flights are possible in winter but the number of suitable days falls, which raises the cancellation risk for a fixed travel window.
At least one overnight is needed. Because the flight section takes half a day, it is combined with Saklıkent Gorge, a boat trip or Kayaköy to build a two-day programme. Dalaman airport makes this reachable directly from many European cities in season.
