Off-road driving training: gradients, mud and obstacle crossings, with a spotter role that turns driving into teamwork.
An off-road course teaches driving in terrain conditions: climbing and descending steep gradients, balance on a side slope, crossing mud and water, and wheel placement over obstacles. What makes it distinctive as a corporate event is this: driving is not a one-person job.
On a difficult obstacle the driver cannot see where the wheels are going. A person outside the vehicle — the spotter — guides the driver with hand signals. That pair builds a real relationship of trust and communication: the driver has to rely on someone else's eyes for something they cannot see. In corporate groups this is the section people talk about most, and role swapping means everyone experiences both sides.
A valid driving licence is mandatory for the driving section. Participants without one take a full part in the spotter and support roles — which is the difference from the other motorsport programmes with a licence requirement, and what makes this one genuinely inclusive. For an international group that matters: hand signals need no shared language, so the spotter role works across a mixed-language team without adaptation.
It can be run year round, with spring and autumn preferred because muddy conditions raise the training value. It takes place on terrain courses and off-road training sites around cities, so it does not require a long transfer from an urban programme.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
They cannot join the driving section, but they take a full part in the spotter and support roles. These roles are a significant part of the programme, and the teamwork element is built through the spotter. Hand signals also work across languages, which helps in a mixed international group.
The programme is run with 4x4 vehicles prepared for training. Participation with personal vehicles is not recommended because of the risk of damage and differences in equipment.
No. The programme starts with a basic vehicle introduction and theory briefing; the stations are ordered from easy to difficult and the instructor accompanies every crossing.
It can be run year round. In spring and autumn muddy conditions raise the training value. In heavy rain or frost the programme may be postponed for course safety.
