ATV and buggy tours are the activity corporate groups choose most often in Cappadocia, and the reason is the low participation threshold: four-wheeled vehicles require no balance and no licence is asked for. Participants who are left out of motorcycle or horse riding take part here without difficulty.
Almost every corporate group that comes to Cappadocia from abroad builds the same shape: balloon at sunrise, something in the middle of the day, and an activity in the late afternoon. This is what usually fills that last slot, because it works for everybody, needs no skill, and finishes with the light the whole trip was planned around. It does not on its own justify the journey to the region; it is a component of a multi-day programme, and it is planned as one.
Tours run on dirt tracks around the Pigeon, Red and Love valleys. Tours timed for sunset are the most requested, because they coincide with the hour when the tuff rock changes colour. Tour length is one to two hours, run in convoy behind a guide.
Dust is heavy on the valley tracks and the vehicles at the back of the convoy get more of it. Face coverings and goggles are provided, and participants are advised not to wear light-coloured or valuable clothing. The convoy order is changed halfway through to even out the effect. Tell your group this before they pack — people travelling on business often have one set of casual clothes with them and no more.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
Generally not on closed terrain routes; after a short briefing and a practice run participants join the convoy. If a section open to traffic is used a licence is required, and this is communicated in advance so nobody travels without one.
It depends on the group. A buggy seats two, has seatbelts and a roll cage, and a participant who does not want to drive can come as a passenger. An ATV is single seat with a more direct feel. In mixed groups both can be planned together, which is usually the right answer for a company group.

It depends on the number of vehicles at the operator. Groups of 60 can go out in two waves, with refreshments or a photo programme planned at a viewpoint for those waiting.
