The VR archery booth is a virtual reality target station played with a virtual bow. When the participant puts on the headset a shooting range appears in front of them: they draw, aim and hit the target. Because no physical arrows are involved, safety distances, shooting lanes and arrow collection disappear — which makes archery portable enough for an office floor, a trade fair stand or a hotel ballroom.
If you are after the classic outdoor experience with a real bow and arrows, our Corporate Archery Experience is the better fit. The VR archery booth stands apart by fitting anywhere, whatever the venue, weather or safety constraints.
The operator gives a short briefing, the participant puts on the headset and shoots using the controller as a bow. Every shot is scored, and we pick the mode that matches the pace of your event — rapid fire, moving targets or a timed challenge. Scores go on the main leaderboard and the day can close with an awards moment.
Archery rewards focus and breathing rather than physical strength, which makes it one of the highest-participation stations in corporate groups. Even colleagues who have never played a sport get results from their first shot, which lifts confidence and involvement quickly. It can be played standing or seated.
The booth is available daily or weekly. Single-day events use a full-day or half-day setup; fairs, festivals and multi-day corporate programmes are more efficient both operationally and financially with a weekly setup. We hold a limited number of sets, so we recommend confirming your dates early — especially during the trade fair season.
Trade fair and congress stands, company family days, launches, shopping mall activations, university career days, year-end parties and in-office engagement weeks. On fair stands it is the most requested station for attracting visitors and increasing dwell time; a prize competition on the leaderboard can even bring visitors back the next day.
From the target artwork to the score screen, the booth can carry your corporate identity. Participant registration can be collected on a tablet and handed over after the event, so the booth works as both entertainment and a measurable touchpoint.

Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
The VR booth uses no physical arrows — you shoot with a virtual bow at a virtual target. That removes safety distances, shooting lanes and arrow-collection time, so it fits into 5 m² on an office floor or a trade fair stand. For a real bow-and-arrow outdoor experience, see our Corporate Archery Experience.
4–5 m² of flat floor (around 2×2.5 m) is enough, with 1 metre of clearance on each side so the participant can draw the bow. A ceiling height of 2.5 m or more is recommended. Beyond one earthed 220V socket, no infrastructure is required.
With 2–4 minute turns, one station serves 25–35 people per hour. A full-day setup can handle a flow of 180–250 people; for busy trade fair days a second station is recommended.
Most often on trade fair and congress stands (to attract visitors and increase dwell time), at company family days, product launches, university career days and in-office engagement weeks. A prize competition can be layered on top via the leaderboard.
Setup takes 45–60 minutes and teardown about 30 minutes. Our team arrives at least 1.5 hours before the event starts and completes test runs.
A single-use hygienic face cover is used for every participant, and the headset and controllers are disinfected after each turn. People who wear glasses can put the VR headset on over them.
