Kazdağları Corporate Trekking
A nature programme with an overnight: graded routes inside a national park, waterfall and stone-village trails, four to five hours from Istanbul.

The Kazdağları programme is not a half-day city walk like Belgrad Forest; it is a graded nature programme with an overnight. Four to five hours from Istanbul and two and a half to three from Izmir, it requires at least one night on site.
The practical route for an incoming team is through Izmir, which has direct international flights and puts the region within a two-and-a-half to three-hour drive. Istanbul works but adds most of a day of road transfer each way. This is the reason we place Kazdağları in programmes that are already on the Aegean side rather than in Istanbul-based agendas — the transfer is the deciding factor, not the walking.
Routes inside the national park mix forest track and footpath, and the gradient is markedly steeper than Belgrad Forest. Waterfall trails such as Sudüşen and Hasanboğuldu, and stone villages such as Adatepe and Yeşilyurt, can be built into the routes. Summit ascents are not chosen for corporate groups; they require guide approval and appropriate fitness.
April to June and September to November are the best windows. In July and August the lower sections are hot and higher routes are preferred. In winter snow and fog restrict the routes and an experienced guide is mandatory. Note that the ideal windows here sit either side of the European summer holiday period, which is worth checking against your own offsite calendar.
This is a moderate to demanding programme: expect a graded walk of five to seven hours. A shorter alternative route is planned in every programme, but this region is not the first choice for groups with very low fitness — Belgrad Forest or the Sapanca area suits that profile better. For a mixed international group where you cannot assess fitness in advance, say so in the invitation rather than discovering the spread on the mountain.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
The most common format is one night and two days. Because of the transfer time from Istanbul and Ankara, a single-day version is not realistic. Three-day programmes add the waterfall route and a village visit. For an incoming team, routing through Izmir shortens the transfer considerably.
Moderate to demanding. The main route takes five to seven hours and involves significant gradient. A shorter alternative is planned in every programme, but for groups with very low fitness a lighter region such as Belgrad Forest is recommended instead. Be honest about this in the invitation.
Not as standard for corporate groups. Summit routes are longer, steeper and more exposed to weather. For an experienced and homogeneous group they can be planned following a guide assessment, but they are not part of the default programme.
Ankle-supporting trekking boots are mandatory; trainers are not adequate on these routes. Layered clothing, a waterproof, at least 1.5 litres of water and a small backpack are recommended. Poles are optional and useful on steep descents. Send this list with the invitation so people flying in pack for it.
