Autumn Corporate Trekking Programme
A guided nature walk: routes split by difficulty, autumn colour, and a pace with no competition in it.
A guided nature walk: routes split by difficulty, autumn colour, and a pace with no competition in it.
The autumn trekking programme is one of the few corporate formats that contains no competition. There is no winner, no times are recorded and no teams are formed. People walk and talk — and the effect on familiarity within a team is higher than expected.
October to November is the most favourable period for walking in Turkey: the summer heat has passed and the winter rains have not yet started. The turning of the forest is also the most productive time of year photographically, which directly increases the internal communications output of the event.
The spread of fitness in corporate groups is wide. Walking a single route either bores the fast or overwhelms the slow. Every programme therefore plans two routes: an easy route (6-8 km, low gradient) and an intermediate route (12-15 km with climbing). The groups start at the same point and meet at the same point, with a shared break in the middle of the day.
For a gathering of colleagues from several countries, the two-route structure is the part that matters. You cannot ask forty people from six offices about their fitness without it becoming an issue, and a single route will strand somebody. Two routes with a shared start, a shared lunch and a shared finish means people self-select privately and nobody is visibly on the wrong one. Guiding is available in English.
In large-scale corporate events, occupational health and safety (OHS), crowd dynamics, and perimeter security are managed turn-key. Site ground assessments, emergency egress routes, and stable power infrastructure are audited by veteran event directors. Throughout the gathering, dedicated ambulances, certified first-aid medical teams, and event safety marshals remain stationed on site.
From intimate 50-person department retreats to 1,000+ employee company festivals, event flows follow precise minute-by-minute schedules. While athletic colleagues compete in high-energy sports challenges, employees seeking relaxation enjoy live music, lawn games, and wellness stations—fostering 100% company-wide engagement.
All corporate gatherings are produced under our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 accredited travel agency license with comprehensive commercial liability coverage. Share your estimated delegate count, location preferences, and target dates, and we provide your comprehensive line-item formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for international enterprises.
The easy route (6-8 km, low gradient) is planned for exactly these participants. The pace is set to the group by the guide and rest stops are more frequent. Because both routes start and finish at the same points, nobody feels separated from the group.
Walking boots with ankle support are the critical item and participants are told in advance — important when people are packing for a trip. Layered clothing, water, a hat and a waterproof are recommended. Technical equipment is not needed, and trainers can be sufficient on the easy route.
It depends on the city: Belgrad Forest and Polonezköy around Istanbul, Kızılcahamam and Soğuksu around Ankara, the foothills of Uludağ in Bursa, Kazdağları in the Aegean. The route is chosen by group size and travel time.
In light rain the walk continues with appropriate equipment; in heavy rain or storms the route is changed or the programme postponed. The decision is taken by the guide with weather monitoring 24 to 48 hours beforehand.
