A weekly company pickleball programme is an ongoing arrangement in which a court and coach are reserved in your company's name on a fixed day and time each week. A one-off event produces a day; this format produces a habit.
A pickleball court is 13.4 × 6.1 metres and can be set up with a portable net system. Companies with a suitable indoor space (a company gym, covered car park or warehouse area) can host the court on site — removing the court rental line entirely and markedly raising participation, because employees do not have to leave the building.
Four players occupy a court. In a weekly programme, 8 regular participants per court (two rotations) is a realistic ceiling. For a regular pool of 24, plan 3 court-hours per week. Participation dropping is normal; plan on 60–70% of the registration list.
The number of regular participants, preferred day and time, city or district, whether a suitable in-house space exists, and term length (3/6/12 months).
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
Four reasons: the short learning curve means measurable progress within weeks; the low physical load means weekly repetition carries no injury risk and employees over 50 can sustain it; short matches mean three or four games fit into an hour with no queuing; and the venue requirements are flexible.
Companies with suitable indoor space can. A pickleball court is 13.4 × 6.1 metres and can be set up with a portable net system — a company gym, covered car park or warehouse area can work. This removes the court rental line entirely and markedly raises participation, because employees do not have to leave the building.
A set day and time each week is held in the company's name. Coached for the first 4–6 weeks, with open play hours added once the group has learned the dink and third shot. Internal standings sustain participation, and a quarterly internal tournament gives the programme a goal.

Usually 3, 6 or 12 months. The contract should settle how holiday weeks are handled, whether the participant list can be updated and whether unused hours carry over.
