An inter-company pickleball tournament is an event in which different organisations enter teams and the winner is a company. Pickleball's rapid spread in Turkey has made this format accessible in recent years: a few years ago there were not enough players for an inter-company pickleball tournament; today there are.
The biggest risk in inter-company tournaments is that entering organisations are at very different levels. In tennis that gap produces crushing results. In pickleball the kitchen rule and the small court soften it — an inexperienced company team can still score and stay in the game all day.
Short match lengths also keep the schedule flexible, which is a practical advantage when executives have to leave at set times.
8 companies × 3 pairs = 24 pairs needs 4 courts and a full day; 12 companies need 5–6 courts. Pickleball's short matches require markedly fewer courts than tennis for the same headcount.

Throughout the competition, occupational health and safety (OHS) standards are rigorously enforced. Matches are hosted exclusively in professional athletic facilities featuring shock-absorbing flooring, climate control, and certified lighting. To eliminate workplace disputes, all games are officiated by independent, licensed federation referees and official scoring table judges. A certified on-site emergency first-aid responder is stationed throughout all fixtures, with health clearance forms systematically verified.
Tournament structures adapt to your headcount. For teams of 20–50 participants, intensive single-day corporate cup formats build high-energy camaraderie. For enterprises of 100–500+ employees, season leagues spanning multiple weeks sustain cross-departmental engagement. Spectator cheering awards, halftime skill challenges, and weekly internal newsletter recaps ensure comprehensive inclusion.
All tournaments are delivered under our official TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed travel agency accreditation with transparent corporate contracts. Upon providing your team size, target location, and preferred calendar, we deliver your official line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing in USD, EUR, or TRY is supported for multinational procurement desks.

Players compete for their organisation; shirts and corporate identity come to the fore. Because entering companies' playing quality cannot be controlled, A/B categories are recommended. Breaks and the evening programme bring executives from different organisations together — for most participants that is the real value.

Each organisation is represented by 2–4 pairs and the corporate score is the sum of their results. Games are to 11, win by two; the final to 15.
