Solo dance with no partner: isolation, groove and a short choreography — the format with the highest participation among younger teams.
Hip-hop is the dance workshop with no contact at all and no partner. Participants dance in their own space without touching anyone. The hesitations of partner dance — who will I be paired with, do I have to hold hands, are the numbers even — never arise.
The structure differs from the others: at the end of the session the group performs a short choreography together. Of all the dance workshops, this produces the clearest sense of having made something together. The choreography usually runs 30 to 45 seconds and is filmed at the close; the resulting content becomes one of the most-watched pieces of material in the company's internal communications.
This is worth knowing when the group has come together from several offices. A 40-second clip of forty colleagues from six countries doing the same routine is a piece of internal communications that keeps working long after everyone has flown home — and it is the only workshop here that produces one as a designed part of the session rather than a by-product. Filming is entirely voluntary and consent is taken explicitly.
Teams with a low average age, technology and e-commerce companies, and orientation programmes for new graduate intakes. Where the participant profile is more senior, the tempo is lowered and the choreography shortened.
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
Yes. The choreography is built for beginners; it is a short 30 to 45 second sequence taught through repetition. The speed is set to the participant group.
No, it is entirely voluntary. Participants who prefer to stay out of frame can stand at the back during filming or remain as spectators. Where filming takes place, explicit consent is obtained.
Yes. 1.5 to 2 m² of clear space per participant, a level floor and a sound system are enough. Because there is no contact and no partner, the space requirement is lower than for partner dances.
With adaptation, yes: the tempo is lowered, the choreography shortened and the isolation section eased. Even so, this format generally draws higher participation in teams with a lower average age.
