A corporate squash experience day is a coached introductory session. Squash carries the highest cardiovascular load of the corporate racket sports and works with the smallest groups — and those two characteristics define the format directly.
Squash therefore does not suit a "day for everyone" format. The right use is smaller teams that exercise regularly and want a physical challenge.
Two players occupy a court; in a rotation format, 4–6 participants per court works. A group of 24 needs 4–6 courts — a capacity squash venues do not always have, so reservations must be made in advance. This makes squash difficult to scale for large groups.
Teams of 6–24 who exercise regularly; groups wanting a physical challenge; companies looking for an indoor option in winter. For mixed-fitness groups and large organisations, padel, pickleball or badminton give better results.
Headcount, date, city and the group's general fitness level.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.

2–3 hours: warm-up and joint preparation (never to be skipped in squash), court introduction (lines, service box, the tin, the out line), forehand and backhand wall drills, serve and return, the T position and short matches.
Protective eyewear is recommended; the ball is fast and the risk of eye injury in an enclosed court is real. It is not suitable for participants with heart or blood pressure conditions, and this should be collected at registration. Knee, ankle and back conditions should be reported in advance.
Rackets and balls are supplied by the venue. Indoor court shoes with non-marking soles are mandatory; venues do not allow outdoor soles.
