Corporate Escape Room Team Event
A timed puzzle in a locked room: teams of four to six, roles that emerge on their own, and leadership that becomes visible within minutes.
A timed puzzle in a locked room: teams of four to six, roles that emerge on their own, and leadership that becomes visible within minutes.
Escape room is the corporate team format that makes team dynamics visible fastest. In a locked room, under the pressure of a 60-minute clock, scattered clues have to be brought together. Within the first ten minutes it becomes clear who gathers the information, who makes the decisions and who goes quiet.
Room capacity is a design choice rather than a technical limit. In larger teams some participants end up in a corner of the room and never touch the game; with four to six, a clue reaches everybody's hands. Large corporate groups are therefore split and play simultaneously in parallel rooms.
A 15-minute close built on those three questions is what turns the game from entertainment into teamwork, and it is not skipped in a corporate setup. For a group that has come together from several countries this section carries more weight than usual, because it puts a name to differences in working style that people had been attributing to personality.
It needs 90 minutes including the debrief, happens indoors in the city, needs nothing brought or changed into, and cannot be rained off. For an incoming team with one evening, it is one of the few activities that produces a real team conversation rather than just a pleasant couple of hours.
For a group of 100, several venues or a multi-room complex is used and teams play in waves. Board games, a refreshment area or a parallel station are planned for the teams waiting. Every team's time is recorded and the ranking is announced at the end of the day.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.
The rooms are locked but a participant can leave at any moment; doors open from the inside or staff intervene immediately. This is stated clearly at the start of the game. Participation remains voluntary for anyone with claustrophobia and an alternative station is planned.
Four to six. In larger teams some participants never touch the game. Large groups are split and play simultaneously in parallel rooms, which also lets you mix departments or offices deliberately.
Not essential, but it is the section that produces the corporate value of the format. A 15-minute close carries the behaviours from the game into a work context; without it the event remains an enjoyable hour. For a group meeting in person for the first time, it is the part worth protecting in the schedule.
A multi-room complex or several venues are used and teams play in waves. A parallel station and refreshment area are set up for those waiting, and at the end of the day all team times are ranked.
