Overview

In short: The Antalya coast is one of the most used regions in Türkiye for corporate discover scuba. Clear water and a long season let uncertified participants make their first dive with an instructor, and it becomes one of the most memorable moments of a conference or incentive trip.

How it works in a corporate format

Corporate scuba diving uses the discover scuba format: no certification is needed, and the dive is made with an instructor at limited depth. Unlike other water activities, nobody talks underwater and everyone focuses on their own breathing. Diving is therefore an individual experience; the shared part starts after you surface, with photos and stories.

Programme flow

1. Theory briefing. Equipment, breathing rule, ear equalising and hand signals: about 45 minutes.
2. Shallow-water practice. Trying the regulator and mask in waist-deep water.
3. Discovery dive. 20–30 minutes with an instructor, usually at 4–6 metres.
4. Wrap-up. Underwater photos and video; participation certificate.

Where and when in Antalya

We use dive sites along the Antalya coast, Kaş above all, chosen according to the group’s hotel and programme. The season runs from May to October, when water temperature and visibility are best.

Group size, duration and conditions

Safety

The number of participants per instructor is limited for safety, so large groups do not dive at once: they rotate through the day, with a parallel programme on shore or on the boat for those waiting. A health declaration is required, and some conditions rule out diving.
