A residential camp combining goal setting with team activities at the start of the year: workshop by day, sport in the afternoon, an evening programme.
The new year camp is a residential programme held in the first weeks of the year, and it runs two jobs together: goal alignment and team bonding. There is a practical reason for putting them in the same programme rather than doing each separately — the informal hours spent together after a goals session are where the things not said in the session get said.
This is the shape most regional kickoffs already have, and the reason this page exists in English. A team that spans several countries meets in person once or twice a year, usually in January, and the agenda is a room, a deck and a dinner. Placing the camp in Turkey adds two things: a winter location within a short flight of most of Europe and the Gulf, and an afternoon block that is genuinely different from the hotel ballroom the group met in last year. The goals session stays yours; what changes is what surrounds it.
The camp format works between 8 and 50 people. In larger groups the goals workshop stops being a discussion and becomes a presentation, and the real value of the format is lost. For requests above 50 people we recommend separate camps by department.
In January and February, Uludağ, Kartepe, Kartalkaya and the Abant area are preferred, along with thermal facilities near the cities. Snow activity is optional; the camp can be built without snow.
In large-scale corporate events, occupational health and safety (OHS), crowd dynamics, and perimeter security are managed turn-key. Site ground assessments, emergency egress routes, and stable power infrastructure are audited by veteran event directors. Throughout the gathering, dedicated ambulances, certified first-aid medical teams, and event safety marshals remain stationed on site.
From intimate 50-person department retreats to 1,000+ employee company festivals, event flows follow precise minute-by-minute schedules. While athletic colleagues compete in high-energy sports challenges, employees seeking relaxation enjoy live music, lawn games, and wellness stations—fostering 100% company-wide engagement.
All corporate gatherings are produced under our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 accredited travel agency license with comprehensive commercial liability coverage. Share your estimated delegate count, location preferences, and target dates, and we provide your comprehensive line-item formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for international enterprises.
The most common format is one night and two days. A single-day version without accommodation is possible, but because the real value of the format emerges in the evening section, the residential version is recommended.
In the standard setup the company's own leaders run it; the organisation provides the venue, the flow and facilitation support. An external facilitator can be arranged on request.
No. Even at a winter location skiing is optional; a snowshoe walk, sledging, indoor games or a thermal facility programme are arranged as alternatives. A proportion of participants never ski, and for a group arriving from warm-climate markets that proportion is usually most of them.
8 to 50 people. The upper limit is not technical but about how the format works: in large groups the goals workshop stops being a discussion. Larger companies plan separate camps by department.
